Paisley Boulevard East construction:
MiWay detour starts October 24



Starting Monday, October 24, the City of Mississauga is closing:

  • Paisley Boulevard East west of Frayne Court / Adena Court

during a project to repair the bridge over Cooksville Creek.

(Region of Peel contractors are also working nearby on a project to replace the water-main on Frayne Court.)

MiWay is detouring buses operating along this route, while the street is closed:

  • 4 Sherway Gardens.

Bridge construction on Paisley Boulevard East and the detour continue until June 2, 2017.

4 Sherway Gardens

From Monday, October 24 until Friday, June 2, 2017, **eastbound buses operate along their regular route to Hurontario Street and Paisley Boulevard East, then detour:

northward along Hurontario;
eastward along King Street East; and then
southward along Camilla Road to Paisley East,
resuming their regular route southward along Camilla.

Eastbound buses skip their regular stops

  • on Paisley Boulevard East east of Hurontario Street and at Camilla Road.

Instead, eastbound buses drop off or pick up passengers at temporary stops

  • on Hurontario Street at Paisley Boulevard East,
  • on King Street East at Shepard Avenue and
  • on Camilla Road at Paisley Boulevard East.

Westbound buses reverse the eastbound detour routing.

Westbound buses skip their regular stops

  • on Paisley Boulevard East west of Camilla Road and at Shepard Avenue and Hurontario Street.

Instead, westbound buses drop off or pick up passengers at temporary stops

  • on Camilla Road at Mateo Court,
  • on King Street East at Shepard Avenue and
  • on Hurontario Street at Paisley Boulevard West.
